Description

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. If you are proactive, dependable, and skilled in repairs, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests, ensuring efficient resolution.
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of public spaces through daily inspections.
Maintain mechanical areas and tools in a clean and orderly condition.
Be available for emergency repairs and on-call support during evenings or weekends as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general carpentry.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Availability for on-call hours, including weekends.

Compensation

$12 - $14 hourly
