As a Maintenance Technician at MRA Group, you'll play a key role in ensuring our properties are safe, functional, and welcoming. You'll handle routine and preventative maintenance tasks, tackling everything from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and carpentry. • Assist with daily trash pickup; ensure grounds are kept neat and litter-free.

• General cleaning of common areas throughout.

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and make repairs as needed.

• Respond to maintenance requests daily and complete the work within 24 hours when possible.

• Comply with OSHA regulations.

• Perform day-to-day operations as directed.

• Participate in the Emergency On-Call rotation.

• Maintain a courteous, professional manner with all clients, residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.

• Follow established company policies.

• Meet the necessary deadlines for an annual seasonal refurbishing project consisting of apartment turnovers.

• Work effectively independently and in a team environment.

• Perform all other tasks as assigned.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Required to pass a background check.

• Must have general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC diagnosis, screen replacement, appliance repair, roofing inspections, gutter repair, general cleaning, tape measure, hand tools, small-engine outdoor equipment, ladders, attic crawl spaces, snow/ice management, computers, iPad, smartphone, Word, and Excel.
