We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of facilities, machinery, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Install, repair, and replace components, parts, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and applicable building codes.
• Assist with facility improvements, renovations, and special projects.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of maintenance, mechanical, facilities, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
