Our growing plumbing company is looking for the right candidate to meet with clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix a variety of plumbing equipment. Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role. You have the technical skills to identify plumbing problems, complete projects that meet building code, and are proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints. Responsibilities

Replace defective piping
Repair leaks inside the boiler room
Pipe welding is a plus
General plumbing skills
Boiler chamber repair
Knows their way around tools

Diagnose and repair problems, including component installation and replacement
Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
Test newly installed components to ensure proper function
Carry out plumbing preventative maintenance
Perform maintenance and installation of plumbing equipment in homes and businesses

Qualifications

1 year minimum experience
Capable of working alone
A team player

Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification
Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Candidate must obtain plumber license (Level 1 required, Level 2-3 desired)
Certification from a plumbing program at a technical or trade school
Minimum of 1+ years apprenticeship experience under a master plumber required

Compensation

$55,000/year
