Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Complete preventative maintenance inspections and assigned work orders in a timely manner.
Maintain hotel grounds, landscaping, parking areas, and swimming pool facilities as needed.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and inventory of tools and supplies.
Assist with emergency repairs and participate in on-call coverage as needed.
Support special projects, renovations, and property improvement initiatives.

Compensation

$17 - $19/hour
