We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly. The Hampton is offering Benefits after 60 days of employment at 30 hours a week.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
- Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs
- Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs
- Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
- Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
- Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
- Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
