• Dispatch technicians and contractors, confirm appointments, and follow jobs through completion.

• Keep residents and owners updated on timing and progress.

• Maintain accurate work orders, invoices, and service records.

• Escalate urgent or recurring problems and help prevent small issues from becoming bigger ones.

• Experience in maintenance coordination, property management, construction administration, or a similar service role.

• Strong follow-through and the ability to manage several open requests at once.

• A professional, helpful approach to residents, owners, and tradespeople.

• Comfort using software to document work and communicate updates.

• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate auto insurance for occasional site visits.
