Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for different production runs.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating and maintaining food production machinery.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
- Strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Skill in conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Proficiency in documenting production data and reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Capability to assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for various production runs.
Compensation
$2 - $2/hour
