You will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced luxury real estate professionals while learning the strategies, systems, and marketing approaches used to serve buyers and sellers in the luxury market. Through coaching and consistent daily activity, you will strengthen your communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills while developing the confidence to guide clients through every stage of the transaction.


You will also learn how to position luxury properties, conduct high-level client consultations, create effective marketing strategies, and provide the elevated level of service that leads to referrals and long-term business. As your experience grows, you will continue building your personal brand and establishing yourself within the luxury real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs

Qualifications

  • Real estate license required
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Great communication and social skills

Compensation

$165,000/year
