- Represent buyers and sellers in luxury property transactions with professionalism and discretion.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of high-net-worth clients and industry contacts.
- Conduct market research and provide clients with comprehensive analysis and insights.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and private tours.
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the entire transaction process.
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to promote listings effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on luxury market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
- Valid Florida real estate license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Proven sales success and client relationship management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
