Luxury Listing Agent Opportunity

Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a successful listing-focused business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to work with homeowners, increase listing opportunities, and grow through coaching, training, and proven systems.

You will learn how to conduct listing appointments, prepare pricing strategies, present marketing plans, negotiate offers, and guide sellers through the listing and closing process. Through hands-on experience and ongoing coaching, you will build confidence, improve your communication skills, and develop the habits that create consistent listing business.

You will receive training in lead generation, prospecting, seller consultations, listing presentations, contracts, negotiations, and follow-up. Our collaborative environment is built around accountability, professional growth, and helping agents create a long-term listing business.

Lead follow-up

Close Sales
Sales scripts mastery

Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary

Qualifications

A real estate license is required
Sales experience
Must live within daily driving distance of the office
Must have working rights in the USA

Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
Completes tasks quickly and efficiently

Compensation

$160,000 at plan commissions
