As a Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate, you’ll help clients celebrate life’s most meaningful milestones with jewelry that speaks to the heart and craftsmanship that lasts a lifetime.


Our boutique showroom has become a destination—clients travel from all across Colorado to experience what makes Thollot & Co. different. We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of $49,800–$55,000 yearly, with opportunities for higher earnings based on sales performance

Responsibilities

  • Engage & Inspire – Build meaningful relationships with clients, guiding them through a luxury jewelry experience with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy grounded in respect and a love for others.
  • Client Follow-Up – Proactively stay in touch with clients to nurture long-term connections and build a personal clientele with integrity and genuine care.
  • Jewelry Knowledge & Trends – Demonstrate knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, bridal, and fashion jewelry while staying current on luxury industry trends. Honor the craftsmanship and stories behind each piece.
  • High-End Sales Expertise – Confidently present luxury pieces, understanding the emotional significance, artistry, and responsibility that come with guiding someone through their most cherished moments.
  • Custom Design Collaboration – Partner with clients and in-house designers to bring unique visions to life through our signature custom design and Pour Your Heart Into It experiences, led by humility and service.
  • Team Contribution – Be a reliable, collaborative teammate who supports colleagues and upholds a positive, high-performance environment rooted in honesty and mutual respect.
  • Eager to Learn – Embrace training, feedback, and the pursuit of professional growth in luxury sales and service with a humble heart and a mindset of responsibility.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, polished, and poised demeanor
  • Full-time availability, including Saturdays
  • Ability to work in-store at our Thornton, CO location

Preferred:

  • Experience with the EDGE POS system
  • Understanding of jewelry repair intake processes
  • Background in custom or high-value retail sales

Compensation

$49,800 - $55,000/year
