We’re looking for an experienced Licensed Loan Partner who will meet with buyers, prequalify and convert them to work with us, structure loans with care and precision, and help clients get mortgage-ready, all without having to leave the office to find and bring in more clients.
The Loan Officer will go out and bring in more clients. The Loan Partner will focus on meeting with clients applying for a loan, reviewing income and credit, and using their mortgage skills to structure loans, convert, and retain clients. Delivering an outstanding client experience is a must in this role.

The Loan Officer will focus on bringing in new business while you focus on:
Meeting with buyers
Prequalifying and converting borrowers
Helping clients become mortgage-ready

Meet with buyers
Prequalify and convert borrowers
Structure loans with care and precision
Review income and credit
Help clients become mortgage-ready
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from application through closing
Manage a large pipeline of loans and customers to ensure branch production meets goals
Lead the loan origination team, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
Deliver superior customer service, working with customers to obtain necessary documents for the loan process
Establish and maintain outstanding relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners to foster business growth
Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
Work closely with industry-related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
Can work in the local office in Mansfield, Texas
Minimum 3–5 years of mortgage experience as a Loan Officer or a Loan Partner who has experience qualifying clients
Active Texas NMLS license required
Proven experience and deep understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and non-conforming loan guidelines
Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, processes, and systems
Ability to analyze tax returns, W-2s, and self-employment income
Tech-savvy with experience in loan software, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
Compensation
$60,000 + bonus
