Loan Originator for Hard Money Lender

Fixated Events LLC is looking for someone to join our team and help bring better and more affordable financing to the real estate investor community. We are a hard money lender focused on asset-based financing that lends in over 40 states across the US. If you are in the real estate investment world, want to jump into it, or already are a savvy real estate investor, and want to add value to other investors around you by helping fund their real estate deals, then this might be for you.

The right candidate is familiar with the real estate investment industry, has a passion for the business, and wants to help investors navigate their financial needs during these uncertain times.

If you have invested before, have experience dealing with hard money lenders, have had to pay expensive money for a deal, have had the fear of a deal falling apart because of financing, and have laughed at the stress/frustration real estate investing can bring...then this is is the opportunity for you. This position is commission only (with the possibility of an initial monthly draw depending on experience). No benefits are provided. A mortgage license is not needed, and previous direct lending experience is not required.

• Source and originate qualified borrowers for investment financing on residential real estate (SFR and Small Multi)
• Educate borrowers on the best financing strategies for their deals
• Utilize our technology to run all applications and prepare files for the processor
• Point of contact to the borrower for any questions and concerns
• Assist when needed with collecting documentation from borrowers (most of this is done by our processors in-house)
• Assist with getting loans to closing, if issues arise (most issues are handled through processors and underwriters)
• Become an expert on our loan products so you can best assist other investors
• Attend weekly team meetings

• Real estate investment experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Self-employment and/or business ownership experience preferred
• Must have a sense of humor
• Prior loan origination experience is not required but preferred
• Must be a self-starter
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• Computer savvy is a must
• Experience with phone prospecting, while using a CRM
• Must pass a background check
