• Lead and manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution, ensuring each case receives personalized attention.

• Develop and implement strategic litigation plans that align with our firm's mission to transform lives through exceptional legal service.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiations, advocating passionately for their best interests.

• Collaborate with our team to refine legal strategies, share insights, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Mentor junior attorneys and staff, providing guidance and support to cultivate their professional growth and development.

• Engage with clients regularly to provide updates, manage expectations, and build trust through transparent communication.

• Stay informed on the latest legal trends and precedents in family law to ensure clients receive cutting-edge representation and advice.

Required:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing

• Minimum 5+ years of family law litigation experience (including trial experience)

• Proven track record of managing complex cases independently from start to finish

• Strong courtroom, trial, and negotiation skills

• Strong legal judgment

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Strong emotional intelligence

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and competing deadlines

• Strong organizational and accountability skills

Preferred:

• Experience with high-asset or high-conflict divorce and custody matters

• Experience as first chair in contested trials

• Familiarity with business valuation, complex property division, or relocation cases

• Established relationships in the local family law community

• Experience in a high-volume law firm environment

Our primary office is in Westborough/Worcester, but also have an office in Hanover.
