We are a small law firm looking for in-person, paralegal support for a dynamic civil litigation practice in Williamsburg, Virginia. The position requires a flexible attitude and the ability to self-motivate, but also allows immediate responsibility for case files, personal and telephonic client interaction, and office administration tasks. We offer a competitive salary between $45,000 and $55,000, depending on experience. This is not a remote position.

• Case File Management - We are a dynamic practice with a lot going on, so organization and processes are a must
• Personal and Telephonic Client Interaction - Paralegals are often the first and most frequent contacts for clients, so people skills are highly important
• Office Administration - A flexible attitude is necessary, as a small office requires that everyone chips in with everything

• College degree or paralegal certification
• Excellent typing skills for both speed and accuracy
• Proofreading ability
• Self-motivated
• Outgoing and pleasant (we are a service-oriented business, after all)

We litigate civil cases. We handle a wide variety of contested cases, from trust & estate matters to real property disputes to internal business fights to general aviation issues. An excellent attitude and willingness to work hard are more important than years of experience.
