• Coordinate and manage all phases of litigation, from initial filing to trial or settlement, ensuring each step is executed with precision.

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, to support our attorneys effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible and well-documented.

• Communicate proactively with clients, attorneys, and court officials to facilitate smooth case progression and address any inquiries promptly.

• Utilize legal software to track case developments, generate reports, and manage deadlines, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials by organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and managing trial logistics.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide valuable insights to the legal team as needed.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• English necessary. Spanish preferred.
• Experience working with Plaintiff Personal Injury Cases.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks.
• Multitask with organized preparation.
• Service-oriented, organized, and diligent.
