We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in handling a variety of legal tasks to support our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from filing the Complaint to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings and discovery materials
• Manage and organize case files, including document production, exhibit preparation, and trial support
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and effective manner
• Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to litigation
• Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling, billing, and file maintenance

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Proficient in legal research and document drafting
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Nevada court procedures and rules
• Experience with eDiscovery software
• Familiarity with case management systems
• Trial preparation and support experience
