• Coordinate and manage all phases of litigation, ensuring each case progresses smoothly and efficiently.
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions, to support our attorneys in building strong cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant case law to provide our team with the most up-to-date information.
• Maintain meticulous records and case files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
• Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing exhibits, evidence, and other necessary materials.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and identify potential legal issues that may arise during litigation processes.
