We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time on site role. The ideal candidate must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (including formatting pleadings) and Excel, along with hands-on experience in NJ Ecourts e-filing and PACER. Superior attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in all filings. 

• Draft, format, and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Draft correspondence, deposition and document summaries. 
• Manage case files, maintain attorney calendars, and manage deadlines.
• Handle electronic filing in NJ State and Federal Courts.
• Communicate with clients and adversary counsel.

Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• NJ Ecourts & PACER proficiency.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word/Excel.
• High attention to detail.
