• Contribute to all phases of complex litigation, from case investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda while taking on increasing levels of responsibility.

• Assist with preparing for and conducting depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.

• Participate in case strategy discussions and trial preparation in collaboration with senior attorneys

• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals to move cases forward effectively.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with a minimum of 3 years of litigation and trial experience.

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

• Ability to draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with precision and clarity.

• Proven track record of conducting effective depositions of both fact and expert witnesses.

• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills, demonstrated through high-quality legal memoranda and court submissions.
