Seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a boutique real estate law firm in Irvine, California.

The pay range is $170,000-$200,000 a year, depending on experience. New employees are eligible for generous health benefits, PTO, and sick days after 90 days.

This is a remote position, though office space is available for anyone who prefers to work on-site. Candidates should expect to appear in person for trials, hearings, and periodic office meetings.

Our ideal Litigation Associate Attorney has:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited legal institution

• Licensed by and in good standing with the California State Bar

• At least five (5) years’ experience practicing as an attorney.

• Litigation experience is required.

• Commercial Landlord-Tenant law knowledge and experience is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience appearing at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials is required

• Verified California driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Be able to occasionally attend meetings in our Irvine office

We need a competent and professional Litigation Associate Attorney who can:

• Conduct research and analysis of legal problems

• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients

• Provide legal support and guidance to clients

• Communicate and build collaborative professional relationships with clients

• Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

• Prepare and file legal documents (including, but not limited to, pleadings, motions, complaints)

• Effectively manage a caseload with the assistance of a legal team

• Adhere to firm processes, procedures, and practices
