The Roni Haskell Team is looking for a Listing Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience while becoming an integral part of a collaborative, high-performing real estate team.

This is much more than an administrative role. You'll become the quarterback of every listing, ensuring every detail is executed with excellence from the initial appointment through closing. You'll work closely with our agents, transaction coordinator, marketing team, and clients to create a seamless, five-star experience every step of the way.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • 25% referral commission on buyer and seller leads that close (per team guidelines)

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Some weekend availability for open houses and client needs

Responsibilities

As our Listing Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of the listing process and ensure each client receives outstanding communication, organization, and support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing listing transactions from signed agreement through closing
  • Preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)
  • Attending listing appointments and assisting with client consultations
  • Coordinating photography, staging, inspections, marketing, signage, lockboxes, and open houses
  • Preparing MLS listings, property descriptions, and listing documentation
  • Working closely with our marketing team to launch and manage listing campaigns
  • Providing proactive communication to sellers throughout the listing process
  • Monitoring showing activity and sharing market feedback with clients
  • Collaborating with agents, transaction coordinators, and operations to ensure every listing stays on track
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing our database through KW Command
  • Continuously improving systems and processes that enhance the client experience

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License (required)
  • 1 to 3 years of real estate, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Professional communication and client service skills
