We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn how to create more seller opportunities, strengthen their listing skills, and develop a predictable real estate business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys talking with homeowners, building relationships, and taking consistent action to grow their business.
You will learn how to start conversations with prospective sellers, identify real estate needs, maintain effective follow up, and turn relationships into listing appointments. Through active seller opportunities, you will gain experience researching property values, preparing market information, conducting consultations, presenting a marketing plan, and communicating effectively throughout the selling process.
You will work alongside experienced real estate professionals who can help you improve your prospecting, presentations, negotiation, organization, and client communication. Coaching, accountability, and proven systems provide the structure to help you stay focused on the activities that produce appointments and new business.
As you develop your skills, the focus shifts toward creating a steady flow of seller conversations and building a database of homeowners who know and trust you. These relationships can become future listings, repeat clients, and referrals that support your business for years to come.

- Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
- Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
- Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate

- Real estate license required
- Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
Compensation
$160,000 at plan
