Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their life insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Guide clients through the process of selecting the right insurance coverage that aligns with their goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our team to stay updated on the latest insurance products and industry trends.
- Utilize provided training and resources to continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge.
- Track and report your sales activities and progress to ensure alignment with personal and team goals.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to refine your approach and maximize your earning potential.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Strong organizational skills to track and report sales activities.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for remote work and communication.
