What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated individuals who are ready to take control of their income and build a long-term career in the life insurance industry.

• No experience required — we provide full training; must be able to pass a standard background check (no felony convictions).
• Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license (we provide step-by-step guidance and support if you’re not licensed yet).
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic and a desire to earn based on performance.
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with clients over the phone or through virtual platforms.
• Coachable and open to feedback, with active participation in training sessions via Zoom.
• Ability to work independently from home while managing your time and schedule effectively.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn simple systems and tools used in our business.
