Responsibilities
- Analyze clients' financial positions, encompassing assets, retirement plans, and wealth management requirements
- Create customized financial strategies that cater to clients at different life stages, job situations, and changing financial needs
- Provide expert advice on product selections, financial planning, and investment suggestions to assist clients in reaching their financial goals
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, teamwork, and pursuing opportunities for professional growth
- Establish trust with clients by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with individuals seeking financial guidance
Qualifications
- Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries is preferred
- Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service or experience as a sales representative is highly valued
- An active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus
Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000/year
