Responsibilities
- We directly send leads to your phone
- We provide agents with cutting-edge tools and a wide range of products to make completing deals quick and straightforward
- There will be NO outbound marketing (i.e., no cold calling or door-to-door sales) and NO relying on referrals only
- We support having independence for you and your family, as well as a work-life balance! Own both your time and your schedule!
- To reward your productive efforts, we provide five alternative revenue sources, including stock shares (your income is not limited.)
Qualifications
- The ability to communicate effectively and the freedom to work anywhere in the country, with the caveat that you must maintain contact with your mentor. (Zoom serves as our in-house "phone center.")
- If not already licensed, willing to obtain an insurance license
- Stay inspired! You can make as much money as you desire if you put in the effort
- Trainable
- Must be coachable
Compensation
$40,000 - $75,000 yearly
