Licensed Trauma Therapist
Compassionate Healing Psychotherapy and Consultation, PLLC • Phoenix, AZ, US
Posted 1 day ago
Join Compassionate Healing Psychotherapy & Consultation (CHPC), where your work as a trauma-focused clinician can grow into a meaningful, long-term clinical career.
CHPC specializes in Complex PTSD, attachment and developmental trauma, narcissistic and relational abuse, abusive relationships, and other complex mental health concerns. You will provide thoughtful, evidence-based psychotherapy within a collaborative practice that values clinical depth, professional growth, accountability, clinician well-being, and excellent client care.
This role begins as a part-time W-2 hybrid position while you build your caseload, with a structured pathway toward full-time salaried employment and potential advanced clinical, supervisory, or leadership opportunities. Clinicians may provide both telehealth and in-person services from our Phoenix/Ahwatukee-area office, based on client needs, scheduling, and role expectations.
As CHPC continues to grow, we also anticipate the possibility of expanding in-person services into additional areas of the Phoenix metro and other Arizona communities, creating future opportunities for clinicians to work closer to where they live and help develop services in their local areas.
Why it’s exciting to join CHPC: we are a growing trauma-specialty practice, which means clinicians have the opportunity to do more than simply see clients. As CHPC expands, team members can help shape specialty services, develop groups and workshops, deepen their clinical niche, participate in advanced trauma training, contribute to new programs, and grow into supervisory or leadership roles.
We provide referrals, billing and administrative support, consultation, trauma-focused training, and collaborative caseload-development support so you can spend more of your professional energy on clinical work rather than managing every aspect of a private practice.
Your work may include individual, couples, family, or group therapy; trauma-informed assessment; treatment planning; clinical documentation; consultation; and team collaboration. Depending on your interests and experience, there may also be opportunities to develop specialty programming, provide supervision, participate in training initiatives, or contribute to the continued growth of CHPC.
This position may be especially appealing if you want one professional home where you can become an exceptional trauma clinician, build a sustainable caseload, continue learning, collaborate with a supportive team, and have room to advance without having to build and operate a practice on your own.
If that is the kind of career you are looking for, we would be glad to hear from you.
