- Manage the entire contract-to-close process with precision and efficiency.
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients, agents, attorneys, and lenders.
- Track deadlines, organize documentation, and ensure full compliance with regulations.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep transactions moving forward.
- Maintain professionalism, calm under pressure, and a positive client experience from start to finish.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator in the real estate industry.
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License (Full Broker required).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
- Must be located in Raleigh, NC for in-office work (this is not a remote position).
