  • Licensed as an LPCA or LMSW and eligible to practice in our service area

Compensation & Schedule

This is a part-time, non-salaried, fee-for-service position with the opportunity to build a larger caseload based on your availability and client demand.

  • Minimum: 25 clinical hours per week

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for clients participating in Neurofeedback therapy, establishing clear therapeutic goals and monitoring progress throughout treatment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment, clinical observations, and client data to ensure care remains responsive, purposeful, and effective.
  • Build meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster trust, engagement, collaboration, and lasting clinical progress.
  • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, sharing clinical insights, collaborating with colleagues, and helping refine treatment strategies within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain a focused caseload aligned with your clinical strengths and professional interests, creating the opportunity to develop deeper expertise and provide high-impact, individualized care.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a compassionate, curious clinician who is excited to grow their skills and become part of a collaborative team.

  • Connecticut Associate-Level License: Candidates must hold a Connecticut associate-level psychotherapy license, such as LMSW or LPCA.

  • Trauma-Informed Approach: Experience or training in EMDR or other trauma-focused therapies is a plus. If you haven’t completed this training yet, we’re open to candidates who are enthusiastic about learning and willing to pursue additional training.

  • Strong Ethical Foundation: A commitment to professional ethics, clinical integrity, and high standards of client care is essential.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are important for building trusting client relationships and collaborating effectively with the clinical team.

  • Comfort With Technology: Familiarity with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and a commitment to accurate, timely clinical documentation are highly valued.

  • Collaborative Mindset: We believe great clinical care happens through collaboration. You should enjoy sharing ideas, participating in Clinical Rounds, and learning alongside other professionals.

  • Commitment to Growth: We’re especially interested in clinicians who are curious, open to feedback, and committed to continually expanding their clinical knowledge and skills.

Compensation

$45 - $50 hourly depending on training and experience
