You will gain hands-on experience touring luxury homes with buyers, learning how to identify property features, answer buyer questions, and deliver a professional showing experience. Surrounded by experienced luxury real estate professionals, you will learn how successful buyer relationships are built through preparation, responsiveness, and attention to detail. You will continue developing the habits, systems, and client service skills that support smooth transactions and exceptional experiences from the first showing through the offer process.

Responsibilities

Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show

Qualifications

Real estate License required

Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Compensation

$155,000 - $155,000/year
