- Meet with motivated home sellers and guide them through the listing process
- Price, market, and position homes to sell quickly and for top dollar
- Build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business
- Manage your pipeline using our CRM and follow-up systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service from listing to closing
- Host open houses with team-generated leads
- Participate in weekly training and team meetings
- Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Active Real Estate License (Maryland)
- Full-time availability and strong commitment to growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience preferred
- Organized, coachable, and accountable
- Positive, solution-focused mindset
- Currently licensed in real estate
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
Compensation
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
