Listing Agent Opportunity


Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to build a successful listing-focused real estate business while earning rewarding commissions in a luxury real estate environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to strengthen seller relationships, improve listing presentations, and gain confidence through coaching, structure, and real-world experience.


You will learn how to meet with homeowners, prepare for listing consultations, discuss pricing strategies, and guide sellers from the initial conversation through closing. By participating in active listing opportunities, you will continue developing communication skills, improve client follow-up, and gain valuable experience throughout every stage of the listing process.


Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will learn proven systems that help create consistency, accountability, and long-term growth. Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
  • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
  • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings

Qualifications

  • Real estate license required
  • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
  • Currently licensed in real estate

Compensation

$165,000 - $165,000/year
