What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Listing Agent, you’ll work with motivated homeowners, convert seller opportunities into listings, and guide clients through a successful sale.

• Meet with motivated homeowners considering selling

• Conduct listing consultations and pricing presentations

• Develop strategic pricing and marketing recommendations

• Present and secure listing agreements

• Guide sellers from listing through closing

• Negotiate offers and contracts

• Manage follow-up and client communication through our CRM

• Deliver exceptional service that drives referrals and repeat business

• Active Virginia Real Estate License

• Strong communication and listing presentation skills
