Responsibilities

Schedule and present our proven listing presentation to sellers, and present their homes' key features and our unique selling proposition
Provide and present accurate property price estimates and evaluations
Respond to all provided seller leads promptly and regularly
Manage all seller communication through our CRM
Maintain contact with sellers who have a timeline longer than 3 months
Maintain contact with our digital marketing specialists and transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction and closing
Exhibit the highest standards of honesty and integrity
Actively promote yourself and our team on social media
Attend scheduled training

Compensation

$150,000 - $150,000/year
