What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Buyer’s Agent, you’ll work with pre-qualified buyers, build strong relationships, and guide clients from consultation to closing.

• Work directly with pre-qualified homebuyers from consultation through closing

• Identify client needs and match buyers with suitable properties

• Manage communication and follow-up using CRM and proven sales systems

• Convert buyer appointments into successful transactions

• Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business

• Host and participate in open houses to engage prospective buyers

• Manage your sales pipeline, appointments, and daily schedule

• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated Georgia Real Estate Buyer’s Agent ready to grow their production, close more deals, and build a successful real estate career.

• Active Georgia Real Estate License required

• Full-time commitment to real estate sales and production

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills

• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools

• Coachable, motivated, and results-oriented
