What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified buyers and sellers and understand their goals

• Conduct consultations, property showings, and listing appointments

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process

• Manage leads, follow-up, and appointments using CRM and sales systems

Who We’re Looking For

• Active Georgia Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to real estate sales and production
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and real estate technology
• Coachable, motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
