What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you’ll work with motivated buyers and sellers, convert opportunities into transactions, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

• Meet with motivated buyers and sellers

• Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments

• Show properties and host open houses

• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts

• Guide clients from consultation to closing

• Manage follow-up using CRM systems and proven workflows

• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a motivated Virginia Real Estate Agent ready to build production, serve clients, and grow a successful career.

• Active Virginia Real Estate License required

• Full-time commitment to real estate sales

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
