What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-set buyer and seller appointments

• Conduct professional consultations and guide clients through the buying and selling process

• Convert appointments into signed agreements and successful closings

• Manage leads, follow-up activities, and your sales pipeline using our CRM and proven systems

• Host open houses and turn conversations into client relationships

• Build lasting relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service

• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

• Follow proven systems designed to help you grow your career and achieve your goals

• Active Florida Real Estate License REQUIRED

• Full-time commitment to building a real estate career

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Coachable, motivated, and results-oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Professional, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional client service

• Strong work ethic and willingness to follow proven systems

• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
