What You’ll Do

• Work with motivated buyers and show properties.

• Guide clients through the entire home-buying process.

• Build lasting relationships through exceptional service.

• Manage and grow your pipeline using our CRM and systems.

• Collaborate with our support team to maximize opportunities.

• Represent the Ryan Hill Group with professionalism and integrity.

• Active Illinois Real Estate License with at least 1 year of experience.

• 4+ closed buyer transactions within the past 12 months.

• Full-time commitment to real estate.

• Strong communication and client-service skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

• A growth mindset and desire to build a successful real estate career.
