What You’ll Need:
- Active Washington Real Estate Broker license
- A coachable mindset and eagerness to grow
- Friendly, approachable personality and strong work ethic
- Willingness to ask questions, collaborate, and try new strategies
- Basic tech skills or willingness to learn CRM, MLS, and digital platforms
