• Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement personalized treatment plans that promote patient mobility and pain relief.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, ensuring proper technique and safety to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, providing feedback to the team to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing wellness.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.

• Current and active PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.

• Experience in assisting with the development and implementation of personalized physical therapy treatment plans.

• Proven track record of effectively monitoring and documenting patient progress.
