- Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement personalized treatment plans that promote patient mobility and pain relief.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, ensuring proper technique and safety to maximize recovery outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress, providing feedback to the team to adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing wellness.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to enhance patient care strategies and clinic operations.
- Stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and practices to continually improve patient care delivery.
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
Current and active PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Experience in assisting with the development and implementation of personalized physical therapy treatment plans.
Ability to guide patients through therapeutic exercises, ensuring proper technique and safety.
Proven track record of effectively monitoring and documenting patient progress.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and their families on home exercise programs.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
Willingness to participate in team meetings and contribute insights to enhance patient care strategies.
Dedication to staying updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and practices to improve patient care delivery.
Compensation
$60,000+ yearly
