What You Can Expect

• $95,000–$105,000 base salary, based on experience

• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

• Performance-based bonus opportunities

• Up to $5,000 annually in student-loan repayment

• Approximately 59–64 patient visits per week

• 36 hours of direct patient-care time

• Up to four hours of protected documentation, mentorship, and development time each week

• Weekly mentorship and paid clinical training

• AI-powered documentation support integrated into our EMR

• No weekend hours

Our productivity expectations are designed to allow clinicians to deliver excellent care while maintaining a sustainable schedule. We are happy to walk you through exactly how patients are scheduled and what a typical clinical day looks like during the interview process.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

• Develop individualized, evidence-informed plans of care

• Educate and motivate patients throughout their recovery

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

• Participate in paid mentorship, team meetings, and clinical education

• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans when appropriate

• Help create an exceptional patient experience from evaluation through discharge

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree

• Current New Jersey physical therapy license or eligibility for New Jersey licensure

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous outpatient experience is welcomed but not required.
