Falling Waters Injury & Health Management Center is a growing, multidisciplinary outpatient practice in Bend, Oregon, bringing Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and Licensed Massage Therapists together under one roof. • Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities in both land-based and aquatic settings to enhance patient recovery.

• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely updates to treatment records.

• Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to support recovery and maintain health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative treatment strategies.

• A valid Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant License is required.

• Availability for a flexible weekly schedule of 25–40 hours, with occasional shifts ending at 7 pm.
