As a Personal Lines Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business, quoting and binding policies, cross-selling additional coverage, and delivering outstanding service throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate is proactive, driven to achieve results, and committed to providing personalized insurance solutions.

• Generate new business through inbound leads
• Quote, sell, and bind personal lines insurance products
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage based on each client's situation and risk profile
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, and insurance best practices
• Follow established sales processes and consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals
• Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and industry trends

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills

• Ability to identify customer needs and present suitable insurance solutions

• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM or agency management systems

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

• Proven success in achieving sales goals, generating referrals, and growing a book of business
