• Convert qualified mortgage leads into funded loans through consistent follow-up
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage application and loan process
• Structure FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loan programs based on borrower needs
• Review financial documentation and ensure complete, accurate loan applications
• Run AUS, review underwriting findings, and follow lending and compliance requirements
• Prepare pre-approvals and pre-qualifications, lock rates, and price loans according to company guidelines
• Manage the loan pipeline, meet closing deadlines, and achieve production goals
• Maintain clear communication with borrowers, real estate agents, processors, underwriters, title companies, and insurance partners
• Build relationships with realtors, builders, referral partners, and local communities to generate new and repeat business
• Stay current on mortgage regulations, lending guidelines, market trends, and local real estate conditions
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual loan production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Active NMLS license required

• Proven experience originating and closing residential mortgage loans

• Strong communication, organization, sales, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-focused environment
