Compensation & Benefits

- Paid CEUs & advanced trainings (trauma-informed care, Incredible Years, Promoting First Relationships, and related topics)

- Facilitate postpartum mental health support groups
- Private-pay counseling (Snohomish office and/or telehealth)
- Therapeutic in-home support for families when clinically appropriate
- Co-lead Incredible Years Baby parenting classes
- Parent education focused on the fourth trimester
- Perinatal mental health screenings
- Collaboration with community partners
- Opportunities to lead workshops and trainings in the community on perinatal mental health
- Washington State License: LMHC, LMHCA, LSW, LSWA, or CC
- Experience or strong interest in perinatal mental health
- Comfortable with group facilitation, education, and community engagement

Compensation
$37 - $55 hourly
