Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCMHC, LCSW)

Charlotte, NC - Hybrid

Our work goes beyond symptom reduction; we help clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, build resilience, and move toward the life they want to live.

We are a practice that values growth—for clients and for our clinicians. We believe great therapists are always learning. We foster a collaborative environment that encourages curiosity, consultation, and professional development. We value clinicians who are committed to strengthening their clinical skills, expanding their knowledge, and continually growing in their craft.

Our team approaches care through a whole-person lens, recognizing that mental health is connected to physical health, relationships, environment, purpose, and overall well-being. We believe healing happens when people feel seen, supported, challenged, and empowered.
