We are seeking an experienced, licensed clinician to serve as a Lead Therapist providing counseling services for Family Preservation (DCYF) and DOC telehealth clients, while also contributing to clinical leadership, mentorship, and program support within the agency.

Compensation & Benefits
- $37–$55/hour for clinical services + paid travel time
- Paid clinical supervision (group & individual)

Lead Therapist Responsibilities
In addition to direct clinical work, the Lead Therapist plays a key role in supporting the clinical team and agency operations. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting onboarding and orientation of new clinicians
- Providing clinical consultation and mentorship. Assisting with collaborative case planning and complex cases
- Supporting the development, implementation, and refinement of clinical policies and procedures
- Helping promote consistency, quality, and trauma-informed practice across services
- Serving as a point of connection between clinicians and agency leadership
Clinical Supervision & Growth
Paid clinical supervision (group and individual) is provided as part of this role. For qualified clinicians, there is a clear pathway to grow into a Clinical Supervisor position over time.
- Washington State License: LMHC, LMHCA, LSW, LSWA, or CC
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with high-risk populations
- Strong clinical judgment and collaborative leadership skills
- Comfortable with in-home, community-based, and telehealth services
Compensation
$48 - $60 hourly
