• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy as appropriate to qualifications.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Ohio licensing requirements, ethical standards, and insurance regulations.

• Manage client scheduling, caseload, and productivity expectations.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and team members to support quality client care.

• Participate in staff meetings, training, and supervision as required.

• Follow all practice policies and procedures.

• Current and valid LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, or MFT, IMFT license in Ohio.

• One to three years of clinical experience working with mental health patients.

• Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Ability to provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Able to work 25-30 hours a week

• Proven track record of maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Strong understanding of HIPAA, Ohio licensing requirements, ethical standards, and insurance regulations.

• Ability to manage client scheduling, caseload, and productivity expectations effectively and efficiently.
